We’ve had our panels up and running now for 3 months now. Jeff and his team have been great at setting expectations and responsive to my 100s of questions I had through out the process. They went above and beyond in their patience as well, as we were using the new Canada Greener Homes Initiative. The only issue we had was a delay in hooking up to the grid, but that was an Ottawa Hydro issue, and not Ottawa valley solar. I’d recommend them to anyone considering solar.
